Are you planning to more projects like this (or maybe BRRRRs) this year?

Initially, our plan was to fix the drywall leaks, clean out the property, and relist it for a small profit.

@Martti Eckert how do you plan to find reputable contractors that won't take advantage of you when they find out you're OOS?

If they thought DC was going to crash there is no way they would have moved forward with our transaction they will be in these lots about 300k EACH.. and they plan on 1.4 to 2.0 exits. 

Credit, jobs, income, age, married, plans for future all this matters.

Do you think that sounds like a good plan? 

The data plans are reasonable ($50/month) and the service seems like it would be more reliable through storms and outages. 

I plan on converting the barn into another sleeping space and indoor/outdoor rec room.

I plan to use the 10k Club to make money by being a bird dog for times when I don’t want to go deep into the process to make a profit.

In the Houston and Katy markets, prioritize cash-flowing properties that can withstand current high interest rates, and plan to scale by reinvesting cash flow or refinancing when rates drop.
