Do they have better design and ratings?

GCE is designed to protect poorly performing tenants thus, as a side effect will de-house good tenants.

Here are a few simple ways to improve guest experience beyond design and an amazing product (which I highly suggest you have!)

I found this one surfing around https://jerrybarker.com/calcul... but we usually just average the income out then use https://propertytracker.com which isn't designed for STRs but works fine after averaging the projected income outside of the app.  

Few solutions have truly mobile apps actually built natively for the platform (iOS or Android) they're serving and most force you to choose between reasonable price OR effective user-first design.

Simple as that.So, ultimately my suggestion is to look into whether you can design your lease such that you're able to prevent and address hoarding situations.
