Your best bet it to pull a list and submit to separate skip tracing company.

Starting OOS will probably be your best bet, as other markets have lower entry barriers.

If you would like to ensure that they are dead dead, and don't return, your best bet is to find a reliable pest control company.

I really see Columbus Ohio as an extremely safe bet for the next 10-20 years.

@Austin Ralls If you're going to go this route, it's usually a safer bet to do it around land parcels that around have mobile homes on them versus those that do not. 

Rate went back down to 7500 upon completion of the work and 2025 is a safe bet now. 

Your best bet is probably driving around and look for contractor vans that already do work there.

Just because there are listings doesn't mean it is legal.I am betting those folks will be facing some big fines when the hammer eventually comes down.

I've never heard of a Work Comp waiver - it's possible it exists in some states.If you have a person who would normally be defined as your employee for Work Comp purposes and they get seriously maimed on your project site I'm betting that waiver isn't worth the paper it's printed on.
