We are told this policy does not covered asbestos abatement.Please note that we do have Ordinance or Law on this policy that will cover up to 2.5% of the Coverage a-Residence. 

What do you do to relax at the end of the day? 

A lot of the basis of my position on this can be described as “gut feel”.  

The seller backed out of the deal and didn’t show up at closing, but now the wholesaler won’t sign off on canceling the contract.Has anyone experienced something similar?

I think that is more of a question for your attorney and the answer will likely vary by state.

Most "off market" properties are sent out to huge buyer lists of the most unsophisticated and inexperienced investors and those are the individuals you are beating out on term.Here are real examples of MLS properties I recently purchased:6370 Germantown Avenue: Four unit mix-use with one unit occupied.
