Should I do a blog entry with all the before and after pics?

I would like to be able to pay you back by then being able to scan through deals and send potentially good properties to you.

So my question is if I find a property that meets his criteria should I go ahead and get it under contract (which I Know nothing about) or should I just give him the numbers and take pics for him, by the way I am not a Realtor.

I'll be documenting my journey in becoming a Millionaire with pics, videos and words from now on.

I have about 12-15 walls that need something on them like a 36" x 24" acrylic poster that's posted to the wall in four corners.Anyone have any suggestions on what types of pics to use, and how to do this without breaking the bank?
