@Jon Holdman  having had to foreclose unfortunately on my share of borrowers during the crash I got educated in the small print where my first 25 years or so lending I never even read the small print.. its when things go wonky that the small print matters  :)

Calif added 500,000 jobs last year, Texas added 390k jobs last year, Florida was 3rd...Moodys prediction for a banner 2015 economy appears to be in full swing.

It is easy, you sign a listing agreement to find a suitable lease option buyer (there should be a state form in all the forms the Realtors print out that can be used. your brokerage fee will be a set amount payable from the TB's option payment and like any other fee it will go to the broker and she/he will write a check for your share. 

Have a 1-page printed flyer with the information I just gave you above clearly laid out and understandable.  

Responsibilities need to be laid out in print and be very clear.

Postcards are HALF the cost to print & mail.  

I would love to be able to use the calculators, set up keywords on the go, use the network to see if anyone is close to me, biggest thing to be able to search events and happenings, even be able to download files on the fly so you can print them off at a local store.

Also,I know about the search feature,I actually print up pages from it...you should see my binder!!!

I'm seeing the printed version of hearing crickets, except for Jay.  

So, all in all, my experience with the account person was good and the loan sounds good, until you read the fine print.
