It will be a huge one for Orange County.  

I just did an email flyer to agents in Orange County and had another agent send me an email telling me I had to have the list price on the flyer, or I was in violation.

I think even the original orange shag carpet was there, although it was matted, brown and laying quite flat by the time I bought it.  

Mind you this is all 30 steps away from penn street the meca of the city , where all you see is very distresed streets along with that distressed people - many houses are foreclosures here buy for cheap so the citys new building are great if u belive its all for the best and can turn into a fruitful area. acually thought about starting my investing in the city i have a friend that has done this and now has his real estate company "portnational" i belive its called
