Hey @Brett RiemensniderThere are a TON of banks/credit unions that will offer as low as Prime on a heloc on your primary residence.

We don't know of too many places that offer turnkey properties, so if you have any recommendations that would be great.

You will find that lenders will reach out to you and try to ally alongside you (I know I have received a few emails and phone calls from different lenders trying to offer their services) but few are willing to 'teach' you.
