They are for a reason one of the oldest and largest RE Brokerage firms in US with over a century in business.Training program is really informative, especially if you consider having some agency business on a side of investment. 

The size is a bit awkward (think: looks big enough for an island but is actually just too small to logistically have one).

I think C & D can be confused at times, but for me it is D class will have the highest crime and largest vacancies in the area.

The "major disaster" declaration is totally inappropriate for the island of Vieques. 

One of the largest (by sq ft) 3 X 2.5 properties on the market within 5-10 miles.

Found out dealing with addresses seems to be the largest stumbling block on any matching program. 

Surprised you are getting those cap rates in Long Island.  

Rather I'd prefer to hold property and gain from it on a monthly basis.I know it's more complicated from that, which is why I want to learn.So basically, I'd like to know if you have any specific material for off-country investment, vacation property that may only work half the year (In Crete, I understand the island is not active during the winter), management, and biographies/success stories/mistake stories of such cases.I type as I think, so I might be all over the place, apologies for that.Thank you very much!
