Our case keeps getting punted or small conferences between the judge and attorneys happens to try and encourage settlement.Again, to this day they will not settle and are demanding $30k plus additional fees now too.This stupid case has given me endless heartburn over the years and I simply want to be done I think.What should I do here?

Booking cleaner for a wipe down (fresh purchase just finishing the renovation so won’t need a deep clean) 2 minutes and the last one cost me $30.1 day, 1 hour on my end (less but I’m too lazy to add up the minutes above), often 30 minutes or less of my VA’s time (if I’ve got too many listing at once I don’t post them myself), 2 hrs of my on-site guys time for the single set of grouped showings @ $30/hr.

The gun goes off..And they immediately explode down the track towards the finish line.In this example, the “gun going off” represents the market taking a large dip…Meaning it’s time to really start buying.The runners represent the people who have checked off all of the above boxes I mentioned earlier…They’ve picked their market, build their team, found deals, money, learned how to offer, etc.
