Obviously the plan was to raise new money to pay old money...The line "The false statements allegedly included misrepresenting Kapoor’s compensation; his cash contribution to the capitalization of Location Ventures" is also scary.

The only way you are going to make that work is by contributing something to the deal. 

To date, for capital calls and distributions the manager has used ownership by contributed capital. 

Yep I just paid taxes It actually felt great in this instance, like I was a contributing member of a bustling society, or something:)
