@Shaun ReillyShaun, what resources would you use for a "quick scan on places" in Worcester (or any other places in Mass or US) Is there anything (besides Zillow and such) that could provide info on the rent numbers?

They don't archive it, microfiche it, scan it...it's GONE.

Usually the lower governmental body encompasses the requirements of the higher body and acts as it agent to insure the rules are followed.
