Having been through this a lot in my career people tend to over react and find some drywall cracks and think their house is falling down but the cracks have been there for years because drywall cracks and houses do settle.

My diligence period ends this Saturday, though Seller has already agreed to extend the diligence period to allow us all to react to this new development.There are substantial tax considerations to close on this property by year end from both the seller’s and my perspective.

hey guys,im looking to get in the game here in the Kitsap, Bremerton, Silverdale area within the year, is anyone having any luck on retal proprties i really want to start with multifamily house hacking but just don't know where to start finding a cash flowing property in this area any body have any tips in tricks for finding deals (I know this is what everyone ask), are you finding more off market deals and if you are how are you finding them in this area?

When they tried to start raising interest rates again in 2018 and began to very slowly contract some of the money supply to decrease the balance sheet the market reacted and things began to slow. 

Capital markets should react strongly to this in todays session, expecting a decent move in the 10 year.

Although it said you can make arrangements to have the body shipped home.. but I suspect that is probably a 20k spot or so..  

Prices got even crazier in 2021, but I'm curious to see how the market is going to react in the first quarter of 2023...
