To be honest, between the anti-landlord legislation and propaganda that demonizes anyone who's a housing provider or developer, combined with a glut of housing units currently on the market that is causing me a ton of work to find good tenants for any given vacancy (think about that contradiction for a second), I'm really struggling with landlording at the moment. 

I am testing out Wrike to create deliverable topics/items, critical timelines and assign tasks & deadlines, etc. 

On the other hand, I expect that anti-landlord policies will be firmly entrenched and taken as gospel.

They have all kinds of anti contractor rules (just kidding of course) about trailers blocking the road and stuff.

well to give you some perspective I was VERY anti-debt when I started as well. 

Always manage your time, I like to spend 90% of my time chasing deals and 10% doing other task to build the business.
