Hello my fellow BP members I am so EXCITED to announce that I was approved for my loan today!!

Either market is expecting wage inflation leading to rising rent (following walmart announcement ) OR appreciation via dollar devaluation.     

They also said after the announcement that there would not be any other installation closings....well, it could happen I guess, not a high risk, IMO.Talk of budget cuts in the military have been going on since 1775, I don't give it much thought as they usually find money to keep larger installations operating.
