I am using an investor and he has offered to go to any financial institution and get a loan and/or line of credit to help me grow our money.I do not have a property picked out, but was made to understand that I needed to have funds ready to close the deal once found and secured.I was thinking that a commercial line of credit would be best, because we would be able to use it for any deal and would also have enough available to perform any needed rehab to the property.The business plan is to flip a few properties to grow my money to later invest in buy and holds.So here is the questions.

I don't feel like I am using interns as free labor, though I do admit that their labor is very valuable.

I would like to be able to bring an offer to the table and negotiate from there.I have access to a $100k line of credit that I am using to acquire properties.  

I currently am using STREAK, which is integrated directly into my gmail as a chrome extension. 

I am using the docs on this site to guide me through this process. 

Now in 2017 I am using it as a rental.  

I was rather surprised at the eager approval from everyone, and am using this as my engine to get going and further delve into learning about this profession.  

When I am using my mobile device, and typing is a pain, it's easier to vote on a post rather than write one that says basically the same thing ...
