We had an all in one unit once that had two hot coil burners, a fridge and a sink and could only find replacement parts for this kitchenette at RV part suppliers. 

Modular is simpler and fasterIn traditional construction, the builder will source the materials from different suppliers to get the best rate.

I'm currently a Territory Sales Manager for a aftermarket automotive supplier and have over 16 years in the automotive/corporate management field. 

Every single contractor, supplier, credit card company, bank, and servicer got paid on that project.

I am looking for some references on suppliers for bulk discounts.

At this point I have two main suppliers I'm using for everything, but I still give out the whole bid to other merchants to keep my favorites from creeping up their prices from time to time.
