I could walk in the next week and tell the manager I need carpet for one of my properties and buy with 50% off I made it clear it wasn't a non-profit deal as I couldn't give any receipts but much of my discounts were more about the volume and relationship, so my costs were less that Harry Homeowner could get to bring his equity back from his lack of attention to a property.

@Gerald Harris since I don't have a lot of time to spend on creating a website, I chose the alternative to let some create it for me, with a real estate investor in mind.

So sometimes people who weren't in trouble just walked away from their houses, which cascaded the problem.In fact one result of this activity was that the bulletin board at the Harris County Court House FELL OFF THE WALL, from the weight of all the Trustee's Sale notices posted on it!
