Only other real estate experience I have is buying a home with my wife 4 years ago(and the occasional seminar from StrongBrook, Yancy, etc).I'm working 3 part time jobs until I get things going as a Realtor and also starting to get things planned to invest in real estate to help supplement my income and set my family up for retirement.I'm looking forward to learning from the BP community & getting to know everyone.

you can call the credit agencies and provide them with the private note and cancelled checks and they will issue you a supplement adding it to your credit report.
