I am currently in my last year of college at Hood College where I am majoring in Business Finance, and minoring in Economics.

I have taken Real Estate Classes at the College here in Santa Rosa California; and have worked in the field of Property Management for 3 !

He has a kid fresh out of college with a degree in the stuff.

But the kids are approaching college, and we may need to pull out some tuition money.

I was fortunate enough to to get a job there right after graduating (from a different college) with a BS in Business Administration.

I'm also a BP podcast listener.I started dabbling in real estate investing in 2011, when I bought two single houses in College Park, MD and rented it to college students (I was a student myself so I knew the area).

I inherited five acres of land in a college town north of Houston.  

Than I would buy a house where ever you plan on going to college and rent out rooms while you live in it.
