I was scouting out towns in Rockland and Orange Counties, but (as some of you may have already guessed), the prices of homes in the area are ridiculous.

I’ve done some film industry work in Transpo, Location scouting, and PA…seems like convenient logistics were the priority but it was a different area with a much different housing and social scene.
