Now it used to be if you got a job with the government and could count on a fat pension then life could be good and with a few rentals excellent.

My biggest hesitations with keeping this property is the rental market is pretty saturated and I’ve heard of some investors having to significantly drop their rent or have prolonged vacancies.

Hi I hope you all are doing wellI am looking to invest around the Lindell Bvld area but looking at the crime map it seems like it's not safe and looking at rentals there are too many rentals available leading to a saturated market.

We've pretty well saturated the local market. 

Is the market too saturated for new agents?

I am now in my 2nd year of trying to lease out the property and I might have to rent it out for 2000-2200(approaching two months on the market)based on a saturated market, also my PITI has risen to 2320.

It's a risk-reward proposition and for us here in Columbus, I see a lot of saturation with STR, but we have very high demand for MTR so most of the properties in our portfolio wind up being mid terms.
