If you don't have a bankroll try to find someone that will do seller financing(which can be difficult if they have a mortgage)but both books talk about that aspect of financing.Hope that helps!

While I am doing this and learning as much as I can about landlording I will also be learning about wholesaling and hopefully using that to start building a bankroll for my future real estate empire :D.
