To the north is my neighbor's building, in which we share a wall; to the east is a small parking lot of about 4 spaces; to the south is a 4-lane one-way road; and to the west is a 6-lane wide avenue, both considered to be major thoroughfares of the city.The roof we will be talking about has been dubbed “The Small Roof”.

The previous effort, dubbed CodeNEXT, failed to win support from major stakeholders and fell apart last summer.

Lots of decent houses that would probably rent for $500-800 - most of the nicer single families are in the middle to northern and western quadrant but E of the RR tracks.The WWii housing are the neighborhoods known as Hilltop (pocket near Lincoln/Oliver) and Plainview - Plainview has a mini pocket of Asian Immigrants where the houses are nice (relatively speaking) and picked up and insides (of the one's Ive seen) were decent - think they were Thai or Cantonese - can't remember - had to meet with a few folks for for former ins job there - Plainview I would never invest in - but that's me. 

Is there anyone working in the Virginia area that has a contract tha is currently being used or one that is universal?

That's at least three dubs in a row in my book. 

The RPOA Breakfast on Friday mornings, and the B-Dubs meet-up the second Monday of every month on 44th St are the best networking opportunities I have found.

@Henry Thai once you scale up it makes sense to put in granite as opposed to laminate.

We own 8 units in the neighborhood that roadsnacks.net just dubbed the 2nd worst 'hood in Akron (I think they're wrong about that, but it's at best a "C-" neighborhood).
