I went to one REI meeting a couple weeks ago and I fell in love! Really

I would not lead with the multi-billionaire thing because that shows you are looking to have lambos and planes and most investors will not think you are willing to do the work when you say that at 17.Do you love real estate or do you want to be rich? 

Though I'm am animal lover, dogs and cats just have the capacity to do too much damage in a short time to this type of rental.

With that being said, I’m pretty good at talking myself out of business for the benefit of others and have done so for the last seven years when it comes to my turnkey company.So I might as well do it again.I know we all love real estate as it’s a safe haven.Real estate is an asset that you can touch, see and feel and it makes sense in so many ways.But for those that can swallow the swings of the stock market, it is my opinion that you should be investing in stocks right now, not necessarily real estate.

If you don't love real estate, index funds are probably a better option.
