Personally, after working with numerous property managers in Las Vegas, I only trust two to handle this task for my properties.Compliance Is ComplicatedProperty management involves navigating a maze of city, state, and federal regulations.

I have been rolling those kind of questions around in my mind and with my wife and I think I’d like to go as deep as possible but I have a lot to learn! 

There is a lot to look out for, just depends your criteria. 

I think that goes a lot to show you how engaged Tardus clients are. 

There is a lot to chew on.

Our city is rapidly expanding, offering numerous job opportunities and a wealth of investment possibilities.

The document is pretty explicit with contingencies should anything go sideways along the way though so this helped a lot to keep everyone on task. we've built rapport at this point since we've been in constant communication from when we started but in the beginning, it was a lot of trust in the document.

So honestly,  we have a lot to learn about RE and everything Tax related for it.

My question is: how do you do that and comply with Dodd Frank, which imposes numerous regulations if you finance more than 3 properties per year to consumers who will reside in those properties?  

The one that's short term and don't cost me a lot to initiate/originate.
