After three hours of "Selling" the Grant Funding in his workshop (with only an eight-minute break) we were then bombarded with a 45-minute MASSIVE SALES PITCH for Melaleuca.

Hartford Free Center is hosting a series of workshops on tenants rights.

I happen to be in this really looooooong workshop at work and it just means I cant get over to the house after work.

I'm interested in getting an idea of how many people would be interested in a due diligence "how-to" workshop, q&A, exchange of ideas, etc. 

A co-worker of mine and I were talking one day and were discussing his new property acquisition which consisted of land right under 30 acres with 2 existing structures ( a 3/2 house and work shop).

I paid the $597 to attend the 3-day workshop.

I have read the discussions where people are posting about being upset that the weekend is pushing people to pay 30K for the extra bells and whistles. I understand that but I want to hear from people who went through ...
