I lived at Silverado for a decade so many of my old buds there got burnt out and many left as they were too old to rebuild.. changed a lot of the dynamics of the membership there. 

In contrast inner city properties are a different story, a market with a different dynamic: poverty and crime are high, it is sometimes difficult to sell a property, because nobody who can qualify for a loan wants it or the loan amount is so small that no bank wants it.

Covid has changed the dynamic of networking as it has shifted towards a virtual experience.

There are just so many dynamics to real estate investing that the newbies don't seem to get.

@Bryan Brooks Many investors would welcome a cash flowing rental with tenants.Just be honest with the tenants prequalify prospects ,your tenants should only be bothered once or twice for a visual inspection and possibly a loan appraisal.Plenty if investors are looking for exactly what you have.Best of Luck!
