We have come out of a period of velocity that was crazy. 

It’s been fun watching Joe and Michelle just constantly continue to gain velocity in their journey.  

That says the velocity of homes sales has MORE than doubled. 

What you go on to describe here is the money-multiplier effect, or "monetary velocity".

As the velocity of money slows as stimulus wanes and folks get back to "normal" we may see slight price dips in the farter out suburbs of markets but nothing too major most likely then a return to where markets were a few years ago from an appreciation standpoint.
