So I was buying repair items for my rental at Home Depot and I forgot and used my personal debit card...is there a simple way of expensing the items and paying for them out of the business account AFTER the fact? 

You could also consider unsecured term loan options and zero percent credit cards depending on your credit profile and income.Temporary Fixes: If a full repair isn't feasible right now, you might consider temporary solutions.

Here's what I'd want to do either way: I want to install security cameras on each property I buy and put them on a sim card plan so I can view my properties at any time.

@Grayson Lynum Regarding Modular, I have gone down that rabbit hole several times, and what I found it, they are not cheaper, just faster, and they look like a modular, due to the transportation limitations, the rectangle box or Prow front on mods tend to have a stigma to buyers, also many of the finishes are very low end. if you site built a very basic rectangle with the same cheap finishes most mods come with, you will be financially better off. and they are not faster, typically from order to occupancy is 6-9 months, I did my last spec in 7 mo. its just not as much work on site, the time is waiting for the factory to get to your build. good luck!

@Kirstyn Indy - I would start off by calling the credit card(s) that you wish to add your child as an authorized user. 

If you do, keep the balance low and take advantage of the zero interest balance transfer option on credit cards.

It seems like if I wanted to buy direct from the HOA, I could play the scare tactic card.
