I recently installed a high efficiency hot water heater and furnace in a single family home in Western PA, I called the building inspector to ask what permits I needed, and he could care less about permitting for it. 

For liability reasons, should I install a fence along the water and put a gate in front of the bridge?

Just got a phone call from a local fencing contractor telling me that he just finished installing a fence at one of my rentals. 

Being a builder, my first thought goes to the construction type items: Tile or wood floors, vinyl shower kits, high quality wall paint like Behr Marquis, solid wood furniture, good appliances not cheap rental ones, easy to maintain yard outside like DG, artificial turf and gravel. 

I am looking to have a fan installed in the bathroom of one of my units however there is no switch in the bathroom so I would also need that done, I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for contractors.
