A lot in town with a paved road that has water/power hook ups in the street may be $100k more then a lot out side of the city limits but that doesn't make it a good deal.

I am very comfortable knowing what are the best streets and areas in the neighborhood.

The snag that we may run into however is the zoning office requiring us to have 3 off-street parking spaces.

Had to sell my one property due to personal reasons but Minot can definitely be successful as long as you know what areas to stay away from “aka valley street” just to name one.
