U guys let it get this far over 3400.00 its your fault.. even if you did something wrong.. who is going to go to arbitration for such a small amount of money..

So if you are using that site or something similar you could very well over pay for the home.

If the negative cash flow is manageable and the appreciation potential is strong, it could be a smart move.On the other hand, investing out of state allows you to enter more affordable markets with strong, steady returns, helping you to build a diverse portfolio over time.

Don't over crowd your place though.

You definitely wont get an app like that for free, so how much would you be willing to pay to a company to submit it for you, vs spending 10 minutes once a month to submit taxes?

Doing it all over again, I would use a investor focused agent.How did you finance this deal?

From my experience working with over 400 investors, I’d recommend starting with house hacking—ideally a fourplex if you find a good deal, but a duplex works too.
