We have many tenants (international students) who are not Christian, so a Christmas gift would be humours at best or offensive at worse.

No offense, but these are questions you should have been asking BEFORE you purchased the property...and you should have had good answers in place before shelling out any cash...That said, here are my best responses:1.

"Offensive odor" is pretty subjective, unfortunately.

There are several things at stake if you do so.Do not shut off utilities during a dispute.Do not "bump the hitch"Do not carry offensive weapons with you when collecting or repossessing, even if you are licensed to do so.Always document any collection efforts and keep a record of those efforts for at least two years after the loan is closed.
