It's sad too because others have messaged me telling me that the former developer skipped town after his negligence.

Now in July they notify me that the tenant actually moved out in March (leaving a one year agreement, 9 months early).2 Issues here:- The tenant who just disappeared- Property Management company negligence all this time as the property has been vacant 4months without my knowledgeLooking for advice on whether I should take legal action against the project management company.. and the tenant 

File an eviction order with the tenancy board on the grounds that the tenant poses a risk to the property & landlord’s interests and risk to other tenants (we feel like negligence is likely here though we have no evidence).

They didn't pull in much money for me, but at the same time it wasn't completely negligible either.

The difference in interest rates is negligible. 

I was worried enough to check with my lawyers and told that even my LLC is not foolproof, people can still sue me for personal negligence, as one lawyer put it, if you didn't shovel snow, it's your fault, not the LLC's, if you self manage.

I’m sure they are choosing reputable people but it’s still in the back of my mind as to how you can prove negligence on the renters part or this stuff just going bad.

It is the same here, after some time the properties become negligent and crime seems to rise in those areas.

I don’t know your location however where I am outside of negligence from an unsafe tree if one falls each neighbor is responsible for the part that is in their yard.
