they all have a great pitch with glowing reviews and often the deals look good on paper and Often Turnkeys are so sanitized that there is little to no meat left on the bone .

. $180k buy on even a $280k ARV doesn't even sound like enough meat on it for the amount of work it needs, assuming it would need kitchen, baths and cosmetics on top of the bigger things.
