🙏☺️ I completely understand where you’re coming from & you’re right that owning real estate is a key step toward truly being an investor.I’m still new to the game, but I have a solid plan in place to move toward ownership & establish myself as a real estate investor.

If you do sell, think about where you’d put the money, whether into more passive investments like index funds or REITs, or possibly diversifying into a different market with better opportunities.If you decide to keep renting, you’re in a pretty solid spot right now.

My main goals with these initial projects are:1.Gaining valuable insights into the local market.2.Getting hands-on experience with out-of-state investing, particularly when it comes to remodels and managing from afar.3.Testing the entire BRRRR process to see if it’s the right strategy for me long-term.If all goes well, I’d love to scale up and explore multi-family projects.

Right now, I wouldn't be doing anything with operator as it's $200 a monthHowever, very soon it will be coming to the $20 a month plan.

Landlords  HML  banks  you name it.my clients that had no debt they rode right through it..

It may make sense for the right purchaser to repair.

Right now, looking for someone to actually do the split, work with city planning and engineering, expedite things as much as possible etc.
