I am new to the game, but do homebuilders consider buying distressed properties, tearing down and rebuilding?

What's your strategy when you run into guests who are trying to game the system? 

A few people had rejections late in the game after the initial submission looked good.

Our Lake House is close to Clemson and we have all the home game weekends sold out at our Lake House for top dollar, same as every year.

But as a short-term solution, playing the 0% credit card game can be an option, but from my experience, juggling from one to the next with no backup plan often ends in paying high interest in the long run.

I would be very interested in talking to you about where you are currently in the real estate game in Nova Scotia as I am 25 years old and trying to pursue a lot of the same goals. 

With a 0.65 (1st yr) & 3.5 (2-5 yrs) rate I can accelerate payments to stay ahead of the game.

I have a mentor in the game that is very successful as a yay or nay resource.

However I would not consider them to be truly passive because they do not put any skin into the game like a good passive investment does (via a sizable coinvestment).
