Like mentioned it's also beneficial to keep up to date with what's happening in the area your STR is located, and make sure the decision makers are aware of hosts and what they bring to the community.

Without this information it is hard to give a GREAT recommendation.  

I also have a pretty good grasp on UCC law, which is why the  information that the "Bank of Banks" implies is of concern to me, and quite frankly, should be of concern to everyone.

If you are interested I could get you detailed information on where STR's perform best within the country.

I think it's great as it includes warranty information for appliances, type of hvac filter, light bulbs and general maintenance etc

Most of the one bedrooms that I have seen in the area seem to be going for 800-950 so I don't think I would have much of a problem, but I definitely want to be well informed before proceeding with this.
