Good morning Patrick,Toby Salgado runs a podcast called "Super Agents Live", available on iTunes and probably other places as well.

Given the propensity for our student tenants to communicated only by SMS, we have found it essential to be able to collect and archive communications.

You can get a lot of info on how to get started and how to research markets from the podcasts on my website if you want to check them out or look for the Pinnacle Perspective on iTunes.

Worst case scenario is your site files get lost or corrupt, & you find out then that they are not archiving your files & database.

If you have a smart phone of some sort go to apps and add "podcasts" then on to iTunes and sign up for Biggerpockets podcasts.

Ive listened to many of the podcasts and LOTS of webinars in the archives.

I can listen to the podcast through iTunes but links in BP email never load and play, and just now I realised I can't even watch videos within the website or listen to podcasts from within the website. 

You're definitely in a good spot and I can't recommend enough listening to the BP podcast, as well as some of the other popular ones on ITunes.
