I had a post typed out on the iPhone app but lost it...Basically you get a lot of accounting benefits of having single purpose entities owning the property.

Sorry for the run on post, apparently the BP APP on IPhone doesn't keep the spacing.

I was able to download the audio version to my iPhone and open the zip file using the "Documents" app.

I think you'll have a hard time finding an example of someone who literally didn't pay rent or their gas bill for 2 months because they paid $1,000 in cash for an iPhone. 

One more thing:  If you think "Two Step Authentication" is a fail-safe protection, think again:  My iPhone got hacked, too.

When you DO look into what they do with the 2x of their income that they're not paying you for rent, you're going to find a bloated car payment or two, iPhones instead of Android phones, rental payments on furniture, carried monthly balances on credit cards, fanatic brand loyalty in food shopping...my point is that they fritter their money away and are typically left with nothing, month after month.Emergency fund?

@Clay Couvillon  google sheets are pretty easy to setup and populate across all of your platforms (iphone, ipad, pc) which is a nice feature when your adding stuff on the fly.
