When a seller makes the effort to call they are not likely expecting to be grilled.

Just because your favorite is not on the ticket or is known that they will not win is not a justification for you not to vote in your own best interests as you see them.There really is alot at steak in this election, much more than any election in my lifetime.

Isn't this a chance to inspect your property, and aren't you glad they're calling to keep it in good repair, instead of having a stove break and they start grilling in the kitchen? 

The debris is basically toys, plywood, grill, etc.. probably a 10'x10' section of "stuff".

I had small apartment complexes where on nice days I brought a cheap charcoal grill out and cooked hotdogs.

Some landlords restrict the use of propane and charcoal grills, but I don't do that.

The relationship is my focus personally -- they get grilled pretty hard before they even get a job and in understanding it's a long term relationship, not just one job.
