Needing to sell, HAVING to sell or their pet dog will explode, ..

I'm an investor and agent here in Columbus Ohio and work with a lot of out of state investors looking to get better cash flow and appreciation in an exploding market that is aggressively growing in population and job opportunities. 

Hey there @Ty CouttsI've definitely watched this city explode over the past 20 years, and pockets even within the metro area where home prices and demand have skyrocketed. 

But from what I see everyday here, it's absolutely exploding with new builds.

The welfare rolls and programs have exploded.
