Trying to get feel for frequency of environmental studies done on commercial properties and if phase 2 done specifically for underground storage tanks would additional study need to be done on individual structures?

Buy newer (late 1970s-early 1990s) with larger foot prints and fewer issues with infrastructure like electrical and plumping.

We had a 2000 sq ft footprint and rebuilt 2000 sq ft on top of that for a total of 4000 sq ft.
