Fine you checked the block, no fee.The service animal scam at the verbal level is just one of a long line of traits in potential tenants I do my best to avoid.

It seems someone is using my house/address to scam people into giving them money for deposits and then they get no rental (or some other form of scam).

I’ve been researching his Fast Track 2.0 system and so far I don’t see where anyone is calling it a scam or anything.

almost every nice home is above market value in our town. reason being is our sewage pond is to small for the growth we have encountered so there is no building permits for the next year and half roughly. the only option is to buy an already built home or have your own septic system which there isn't a lot of land for sale either. so the market here is very crazy. our realtor also hasnt sold in our town. so im very confused on our situation. thank you for the reply.

Emotional support animals are a scam and tenants have figured out that they can get around pet policies by claiming any pet is a support animal.
