It is not the fact they may have been embarrassed but more so didn't want to confront the idea they are living at your property rent free thus far and their action to get back to their feet to catch up.Either way communication should never cease.One last note, it is very expensive to move so be ready for the fallout (just in case).I think you get the point.Just my two pesos.Big Henry
