I simply called you out on your errors, that I believe will mislead people that will cause them to spend money on the systems YOU are advertising and spamming these forums with that will highly likely not work.Here is my suggestion:If you want to make a point, if you want to convince anyone of anything, I would suggest showing data.

thanks James, in analyzing regional data, Louisville continues to show a strong local economy, with a decent trend in the growing rental market, lower median home prices and values, good reasons to make it appealing to us since we are looking to expand our portfolios, providing more affordability to enter into this market ... besides, good friends live in this city ... our visit will make it a business expense :)

If you want to gather emails and do some email marketing, there's a new company that many hosts have been pretty happy with....Go STR MarketingI will check into this company. i don't think this will be a substitute for StayFI as you still need a better method of capturing data beyond just the contact date you get from your PMS.
