I am documenting everything, emails, texts, communications between contractors, insurance, etc.

@Nichole Rich Byrne  I would definitely escalate communications with VRBO.

Use some sort of app to record and track tenant communications.

Rent collection, tenant communication, template leases, electronic lease signatures, marketing, tax form prep, move-in/move-out forms, automated email reminders, background/credit checks, this list goes on.  

I'm assuming this mostly depends on the quality of the GC and his communication skills etc. 

I don't think the tenant is breaking anything but it's a 100 year old renovated home so issues will come up, am communicating with PM. 

Our taxes are done by professionals but for $75/m I was hoping for better communication. 

The buyer and their insurance agent are not communicating properly.

@Gabe Capoferri,Communicate to them directly that you understand 1031 and want to make this easier and more flexible for them.

They want fast maintenance and good communication.
