You can do this by search the groups, associations, or collections of different professionals in your city of metro area like SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS, COMPUTER PROGRAMMERS, NETWORK ENGINEERS, COMPUTER DEVELOPERS, REGISTERED NURSES, MEDICAL ASSISTANTS, PHARMACISTS, DOCTORS, SOFTWARE ENGINEERS, DATABASE ADMINISTRATORS, SQL DEVELOPERS, JAVA DEVELOPERS, and other good paying professionals you can think of.These are guys earning good salaries who have the cash now, and may be having credit problems because of past financial problems that affected their credits, banks will not borrow them money to buy houses.The guys in these groups are your best target for lease option deals, good luck.

(I'm not doing that)They are getting mostly med. students and traveling doctors through networking with hospital. 30-60 day stays that just wanted relaxation and out of the hotel.Small town is 7min away and most restaurants are 15-20min.It is not a great market for vacation rentals, so I'd like to get a good enough kitchen to be able to have 6-12month leases if needed.I found a little extra space under the stairs to put a 28" wide 14 cubic foot fridge, so I have more space than I originally thought.

So not exactly a new member, but it's been so long since I've used BP that I feel I've got to reintroduce myself.Back in April a combination of not finding any great deals, not knowing how I would get the money if I found one and getting extremely busy at work knocked me on a course for a while.In August, I'll be starting as a pre-doctoral fellow in the biology department of The University of Tulsa.
