Now as I drive my car, I begin to coach myself out of moving forward.

The car is definitely not worth $700 so I don't have to auction the property.  

After 20 years, the Car is worthless, my Property appreciated around $800k and cashflows $3k per month.

Currently they are paying $950 for the house in Oklahoma.They do have 2 cars, car payment for one car is $512, the other is paid off.They are moving from Oklahoma, the mother is still in Oklahoma with the kids, she is making $2480 a month, been at that job since Sep 2016.  

I am looking for a replacement car.  I

I didn't mean to walk away from your obligation on the car, I meant either buy out the lease so you own that car rather than lease OR go to the dealership, pay the penalty for returning the car earlier and buy a couple used cars.

He may be a few bucks more, but piece of mind and his ability to deliver and fix your car is worth the few bucks.  

@Cary BeadleWhen you note a $2K loss, are you speaking of investment losses, or the tax cost of taking an early distribution from an IRA?  

I've noticed cars being pretty expensive when reading the newspaper when I'm in Vancouver, perhaps look at what the requirements are for selling it in Canada and what your car is valued at there??
